If I could give this product zero stars I would it nothing but a piece of crap and they say 30 days money because is nothing but a lie. First, they offered me $8 and then $20 and now they want me to waste more money to send it back to China out of my pocket to get a refund which they won't give it back to me. You would be better off getting a hand-held fan it would work better so save your money

Listen, I placed an order for Coldeez Ace 2.0 units and I received something called ROMAN COLUMNS. Now, if you ordered a certain product and it was replaced with something else and you were not informed of this substitution , how would you feel? Anyone with an ounce of common sense would say THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
